He has a proven track record from his tenure as National Marketing Manager at Dingo Mini Diggers, where he successfully spearheaded the company's digital marketing initiatives and expanded its presence into international markets such as South Africa, the UK & Europe, South Korea, New Zealand, and Chile.

Originating from the sheep and cattle stock regions of Goondiwindi and St George, and later moving to Toowoomba in his teens, Brendan brings a genuine and practical approach to marketing.

Known for putting clients on the right marketing path, he and his experienced team excel at bringing client ideas to life.

In recognition of his accomplishments, Brendan and Dingo received the 'Regional Online Hero' award in 2015.

Caitlin has successfully managed marketing for major agribusinesses like Vantage BMS and Bourgault Australia. She specialises in Advertising, PR, and English Literature and is well-equipped to elevate your marketing efforts.

Gareth excels in balancing creativity with delivering practical outcomes, honed through his work in agriculture and indie film photography.

He cherishes collaborating with clients across various sectors to create projects that are both creative and functional.

Outside of work, Gareth finds joy in motorbikes, rock climbing, making music, and spending time with his son, Henry.

Joel's forte lies in understanding and reaching agricultural audiences effectively, ensuring clients achieve impactful results through strategic ad placements.

Nathan is a key member of the CoBright team and has over 10 years of experience in designing agribusiness websites.

Starting as a freelance designer in New Zealand and joining full-time in 2023, he excels in graphic design, interactive media, and responsive web development.

Passionate about the latest design trends, Nathan enjoys bringing clients' visions to life and finds joy in digital art, hiking, video games, and reading.

A country girl at heart from a Droughtmaster property near Winton, Ella brings her deep-rooted understanding of agribusiness to CoBright.

From her experience in the bush, she speaks the language of rural clients and understands the importance of effective marketing for agribusinesses.

Currently based in the Scottish Highlands, Ella ensures each piece of content resonates with the right audience, leveraging her background with small businesses in e-commerce, healthcare, wellness, and the not-for-profit sector.

Her lifelong involvement in agriculture and passion for learning are well met by the variety of work and clients at CoBright.

Although you might not meet her in meetings, you can be assured that she is dedicated to her craft.

Tayla is currently pursuing a degree in Communications and Media and brings a strong marketing background to CoBright.

Her experience includes managing social media for the Australian Campdraft Association and working with major media outlets such as ABC and Seven.

Growing up around cattle and old machinery has given Tayla practical insights into agribusiness.

At CoBright, Tayla uses her deep connection to agriculture to create a variety of content, from websites to social media posts.

She finds fulfilment in working with CoBright’s diverse clients and appreciates the grounded nature of the industry.

Outside of work, Tayla enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and her beloved Cavoodle, Maple.
